Martial Arts Classes in Bradford
Hybrid martial arts for kids aged 3 to 15, with adult classes too. Confidence, discipline and real self-defence in a safe, structured school.
“Brilliant instructors that know how to look after children and grow their confidence and skills.”Jamal A. · Google review
Why hybrid martial arts?
Kickboxing, taekwondo, Krav Maga and grappling, taught as one programme. Here's what that gives your child.
- Kickboxing and taekwondo. Real striking and kicking technique, taught safely and built up gradually.
- Confidence from competence. They learn skills that actually work, not choreography.
- Belts and stripes. Goals they can see, earn and be proud of.
- Calm under pressure. Self-defence drilling teaches them to handle it instead of panicking or lashing out.
- Respect and discipline are built into every class: lining up, listening, taking turns.
- It's fun. Games, sparring and problem-solving burn serious energy every session.

What families say
“I've been attending Premier Martial Arts Bradford for 3 months now, and my son has started this month in Little Champs. He looks up to the Instructors and has taken to kickboxing really well.”
“I love being able to train in a supportive environment with instructors who push you to get better all the time.”
“My 3 kids attend this place and have picked up skills for life, plus they get their much needed weekly dose of exercise in.”
Questions, answered
Is it safe for my child?
We work hard to keep every session as safe as possible and injuries are rare. Classes are grouped by age (3 to 4, 5 to 12, and 13 to 15), fully supervised, and your child only trains with others their own size. Striking drills are technique-first and built up gradually; nobody spars on day one.
What if my child is shy, or not sporty?
Those are often the children who get the most from it. There's no bench and nobody gets picked last: every child works at their own level, and our instructors are used to bringing quieter kids out of their shell. Most parents notice a change in confidence within the first few weeks.
Do you have classes for adults?
Yes. Adults 16 and over train in their own beginner-friendly classes, and the free trial works the same way. Ask about the 6-Week Beginner Challenge (£299) when you book.
Can I stay and watch?
Absolutely. Parents are welcome at every session, and most stay for the first few weeks. You'll see exactly who is coaching your child and how they teach.
What does it cost, and what happens after?
Their trial session is free. The 4-Week Kids Challenge is £249 one-time, with everything included, and it's complete in itself: no contract, no auto-enrolment, nothing to cancel. Either way, you'll see the difference in four weeks.
But you're free to do nothing
Next school year looks exactly like this one. Or take the free session: it costs nothing, and one class is all it takes to see it.
